Here is my 5 line-super-quick-review of the Kayla Itsines 12 Week Program..
– IT is the best-structured-workout plan that I have tried.
– IT is the shortest, hardest, moderate intensity workout that I’ve ever done (the resistance sessions). The LISS in manageable, adaptable and great for new starters, the HIIT gets results (but I already loved HIIT! It is hard as hell)
– WHETHER you hit the gym daily or haven’t worked out in 4 years this program can be for you.
– IT gets results BUT if you are only willing to put in 20% you will only get 20% of – the results. If you are willing to put in 100%, you will get 100% of the results you’ve seen on Instagram.
